Pictomancer animations underwhelming

Different is fine. Not even remotely fitting within the rest of the game's art style, not so much.

The point is to be a different art style - it's depicting an art style in a game that is itself an art style. It is supposed to be to the games graphics what a drawing is to the real world, and in that respect, I think that it works very well.
