Eternity Ring Improvement

Hi all!

An idea I had for Eternity Rings that you gain cooldown every year for being with your partner.

Every time you have an anniversary, your ring cooldown gets reduced by 5 minutes until the ring hits the cooldown of 5 minutes per teleport. This will get reset if you bond with someone else or one of you annuls his/her ring.

Given that the ring no longer drops you EXACTLY on top of your partner which allows you to cheese certain things in the game, dropping the cooldown isn't something overly powerful. I use mine fairly often to meet my spouse if she gets to a hunt mark first. Or if we are doing a quest together and she's ahead. I think yours is a great idea.
