    True, they might not be able to fix it themselves, but they might be able to reach out to the Telekom or the Carrier better than anyone of us could. If you talk to the Provider yourself, they probably just say "we can't help ya!".

    Edit: I actually went ahead and asked the ISP about it, their tech team could not help me at all, they say they'll do an "internal research" with their team or something, but can't really do anything else. Tho I do expect it is on their side, as I asked a friend to do a traceroute with a different provider - and while they also go over those Telia nodes, their ping is worlds better.

    Also made a support ticket with SE for the problem.
