Download and install Intel XTU:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us...intel-xtu.html

And set the performance core max. multiplicator to x53. Usually it is x55 to x57. Maybe it helps. Intel XTU has the advantage, that you can do it on the fly without rebooting. But after a reboot, you have to set the new values again.
