It wouldn't be super hard, though it would be some extra work and extra data- you'd have to copy and mirror all animations that are characterized by a dominant hand (weapon/shield swings, spellcasting animations, hand waves, etc). I suppose a "cheap" way to do this would be to just mirror the character itself, but that would stick out on gear models that are not symmetrical.

Although I wouldn't put it really high on my priority list, this would be a nice option to have.
