Is it possible to heal a wall to wall pull in stone vigil between 2nd and 3rd boss? I got a tank who kept pulling wall to wall and insisting that healers should be able to heal through it.

Yes it is possible even after the rework. Its not an easy one if you don't have all your tools up (tank and healer) or if you aren't well geared but it is possible.
Now I personally don't recommend doing all of it because the Ice Elementals hit hard, at that level healers don't have as many tools, tanks don't have magic mitigation, and Arm's Length doesn't work on them (though Reprisal might? someone correct me if I'm wrong here) and iirc in that hall way you can get 2 packs of 3. You aren't gonna have a good time if both the healer and tank aren't on point and even if you are its not exactly a fun pull.
I'm tired of being told to wait for post-patches and expansions for fixes and increased healing requirements that are never coming. Healers are not fun in all forms of content like all jobs should be, they're replaced by tanks and dps due to low healing requirements and their dps kit is small for 0 reason, when in the past we had more options and handled things just fine. I refuse to play healer in roulette come DT. I refuse to heal EXs, I refuse to go into Savage, and I am boycotting Ultimate.

Depends on the group really!
I have had tanks who barly take any dmg during that pull, while others drop like flies if they don't get spam healed.
It do help if you have dps with AoE though...+ dps like BRD/MCH -> they can destroy mobs before they reach the end(dps while moving)..

Doing that is a death wish even with four syncked players. No healer has instant oGCD heals at that level except for AST who has one single charge of Dignity, and no tank has an invuln to use against five dragons and six ice sprites. The healers have to stop to cast on the tank, and if the tank just keeps running the healer won't have time to cast more than two heals for the entire length of the corridor. And if the tank stops along the way to give the healer time to heal they might as well just do it in two pulls.
I'm saying this as a healer who regularly encourages tanks to do full pulls and who spams AoEs on trash as much as possible: it's not realistic to expect the average DF group to complete that particular pull safely. It's better to split it in two if you're not in a premade group that you trust to do it succesfully.
It's worth noting that in the vast majority of dungeons after ARR there are physical barriers preventing you from doing most trash legs as less than two pulls. Even when the dungeon lets you pull everything you should almost always still make it two trash pulls before each boss if you don't know the people you've matched with.
