There's something in the targeting settings for this behavior, which is called subtargeting.

There's more info on it in this post from the 1.21 patch notes. You can disable it as you like with "/st off".

Wow thank you so much it worked ! I can actually lvl my conjurer now with out acquiring carpal tunnel before i hit lvl 30 ; )
