    Is your graphics card overclocked? Even if it's factory overclocked and you haven't personally made adjustments, it can still cause issues with XIV. It's the only thing that has caused crashes for me in XIV. I have mine slightly underclocked and no longer have any crashes.

    Sorry for replying so late. I've never personally overclocked any of my PC-components, and can't find anything about my PC model (MSI Prestige 15 A10SC) being factory overclocked. I would like to add that the crashes happen even on a fresh PC start with the entire thing running ice cold...
