    Cannot log in main character.

    Since last friday, February 9th, 2024, I have been enable to log into one of my character. All other characters are able to log in, except for this one: General Grievous @ Gilgamesh (Aether)

    When trying to login, I get the error, "World Data could not be obtained. Please try logging in later. 1016"

    When trying to send the character to another world, I get "A data error occurred and your data center request cannot be processed. Please contact the support desk [502].

    I called the support hotline and followed all these steps that the support team has asked me to do. We tried anything from port fowarding, to reinstalling the game.
    I have used 3 different computers to try to log in, and 3 different internet service providers.

    The support team has concluded that my character is in limbo and this is something the dev team is the only group that can now help me.

    I am desperate

    Your character isn't currently visiting another data center, correct? Because if it is, you may need to go to that data center in the menu and login to it there.

    If it doesn't get fixed by the bug report, the only other idea I can think of is to do a paid transfer to another world and see if it fixes it or not.

    (It seems most other cases of this error in the past were due to a server having maintenance, or in another case resolved after 5 days or coincidentally after contact with GMs)
