Since last friday, February 9th, 2024, I have been enable to log into one of my character. All other characters are able to log in, except for this one: General Grievous @ Gilgamesh (Aether)

When trying to login, I get the error, "World Data could not be obtained. Please try logging in later. 1016"

When trying to send the character to another world, I get "A data error occurred and your data center request cannot be processed. Please contact the support desk [502].

I called the support hotline and followed all these steps that the support team has asked me to do. We tried anything from port fowarding, to reinstalling the game.
I have used 3 different computers to try to log in, and 3 different internet service providers.

The support team has concluded that my character is in limbo and this is something the dev team is the only group that can now help me.

I am desperate
