LV70-71 crafter accessories have incorrect statlines for their Item Level

Steps:
1. Take note of the stats on the Item Level 340/350 Silvergrace/Handking accessories.
2. Compare them to the Item Level 330 White Oak accessories, which have substantially better stats despite supposedly being 20 Item Levels lower.
3. Note: all the other IL330-350 crafter/gatherer tools, accessories, & clothes appear to follow the presumed Item Level formula correctly. It is specifically only the 70/71 Crafter Accessories that have misleading or incorrect stats.
4: Only the earrings have been pictured in the following image, but the other relevant set accessories all have the same problem(s)

Well spotted. That doesn't seem normal in the game at all. Usually everything of the same item level has the same amount of stat (assuming it's High Quality, which these all are).
