In regard to the specifications of the item code, there was a mistake when creating the data that resulted in the emote being granted on a single character basis, whereas it should have been set as service account wide like the previous Meister Quality figures.

As a result, the specifications of the item code and what we announced contained incorrect information. We apologize for any inconvenience or concerns this caused for players who pre-ordered the product.

We would also like to apologize for the time it has taken for us to investigate, confirm, and share this report with you. We are currently proceeding with preparations to revise the code's specification to service account wide in accordance with what we originally planned.
