    "Exiting Final Fantasy XIX (17)"

    After "Connecting to Data Center," choosing my character at the log in area, I receive the message "The world is currently full." THEN the "Now Loading" screen appears, it freezes, and I get the message:

    "an unexpected error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIX (17)."

    This has happened 4 times in a row. I restart the computer. I shut down the computer. Over and over. I just installed a new video card with fresh drivers.

    I used a second computer to log into the game, and my character was frozen in the cut screen for the dungeon "A Grand Cosmos". Once able to fully complete that cut screen with my second computer, I logged into my first computer and now I can successfully log in with my preferred character.

    It appears the problem is resolved.

    are you running a different resolution with the new card? it could be that you need to change the resolution setting in the text file in documents, I would recommend a fresh install tho just because drivers like to be finicky

    Different resolution with the new card?

    Thank you for responding!

    The settings for my new card, AMD Radeon RX 6600, were set to "Default" but my settings for the game are the highest I can get them. So, yes, there is indeed a discrepancy if that is what you mean.

    I just added another driver (I assumed I had installed all of the most recent ones -- perhaps not?)

    It might work now. Let's see!

    Please let us know if the previously provided troubleshooting steps may have resolved the issue or if you still require assistance. If the issue persists, please try the following:

    - Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable).
    - Please try lowering the resolution.
    - Please try running the game as an administrator.
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
    - Please be sure that Final Fantasy XIV is installed to the C: Drive. (If Steam version, make sure both the game and Steam are installed on same drive)
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
    - Verify installation files (Steam)
    - Reinstall game (If steam version, try uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and Steam)

    If the issue persists, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
