Of course you can, and personally I do. I won't waste my time reporting others for being trashy but at the same time you have to recognize that having trashy things happening in front of you is annoying. You wouldn't want people blasting hip hop and twerking on the subway every day when you're coming back from work would you?

If those people had an emote to convert the FF 15 car mount into a low rider with blown speakers you'd bet they'd be blasting music with them in Limsa too. It's not like they didn't prove it with the adventurer plates already either. God knows how many crotches I saw playing PVP.
