Regarding the MSQ Shaken Resolve, while talking to the Exarch, the game 'crashes" and goes to a black screen with the loading symbol.

We would also like to request for a system report. This can be generated by opening the launcher and going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display and then copy and paste all the details into a response here.

- Error Codes or Messages: I do not recall the exact words, but a small, white box appeared basically stating that the game would be shutting down.
- Other programs running while the game is playing: None that I can remember.
- Frequency at which error occurs: Each time I spoke to The Exarch
- Any steps taken to resolve the issue: Yes. Please see below:
I was able to complete Shaken Resolve by downloading the game to my SECOND computer which is a laptop. Using my SECOND computer, after speaking the Exarch, the screen turned black, but this time, another cut scene began, and then Shaken Resolve was fully complete.
It appears the problem is now gone!
(I encourage you, however, to please investigate this matter as the error occurred each time I tried to complete Shaken Resolve and I was not able to continue with the other MSQs! Thank you!)
