    Support for macOS Sonoma Information (Sep. 25, 26)

    MacOS Sonoma, the latest version of macOS, is scheduled to be released on Sep. 27, 2023. We are currently testing this with the Mac version of FINAL FANTASY XIV, but we have not yet determined a date for the start of support for this OS version.

    If you use the Mac version of FINAL FANTASY XIV, we advise you to refrain from updating to macOS Sonoma until support for it begins.

    As soon as we have a date for the commencement of support for macOS Sonoma, we will let users know.

    Start of macOS Sonoma Support (Feb. 13)

    We can now confirm that the Mac version of FINAL FANTASY XIV is compatible with macOS Sonoma (14.1), and support for macOS Sonoma (14.1) has begun.

    When updating to macOS Sonoma, please first check if you meet the system requirements for macOS Sonoma as well as the Mac version of FINAL FANTASY XIV.
