Emet-Selch outfit for Glamour

Hello everyone

as a huge fan of Emet-Selch, i really wish Square Enix would add his outfit as a costume to the FF14 Online Store or as a Quest item in Dawntrail. I know there are a lot of ways to mix and match different pieces of equipment and dye them but it doesn't feel so cool like wearing the original coat.

I know it can be a huge spoiler, if it will be in the online store but there is technically "spoiler" content in the shop already.

Maybe i am not the only one wishing for this amazing outfit, so i thought i should post this here, maybe Square Enix will notice my wish (or even Yoshi P <3)

Anyway, i would like to hear from the community, if they would like to see it as an equipable glamour.

Welcome to the forums.
As you might already know, usually when a character cosplay outfit is added, it's thrown into the cash shop as a onesie with an accompanying hairstyle. Since Emet's really popular, I'd bet we'll definitely get something like this someday even if it's a really low effort onesie instead of a multiple part glam that lets you kitbash it with other sets. Probably won't be dyeable either, if the other cosplay outfits are any indication.

In my ideal world we'd have gotten this way back in ShB for just seeing the final 5.0 cutscene, and it'd have multiple parts to it and be dyeable.

I would be completely fine with a non-dyeable and one piece outfit from Emet-Selch!

This would also be something, i would take!


But after all those are wishes and dreams and maybe we get this in the future!

To be fair they're based on his style and the left and right one's actually look surprisingly good for a female character.

That being said if they threw Emet's costume in the shop they'd likely end up having to throw Yoyotsu's in too so dunno if it will happen.

Much like the Omega outfits make characters unnaturally skinny, I hope the Emet costume makes everyone's arms unnaturally long.

The first one looks like for RDM's and the last one, fresh stolen from Gaia. Wonder why someone think that a Costume with those Shoulders looks nice. Players in stuff like that looks like they forgot how to dress properly.

Have you seen what people are "dressing" their characters in lately...? I've seen rabbits with their ass hanging out...characters in bikini, with blades, lances or whatever ..and you snark at off the shoulders....seriously....

But that is what the most Players have asked for, to dress like that. That's why I do all new stuff in Game alone. I don't want to see nacked male Chars with B2 Boots in new Dungeons or in MSQ. That is disgusting and SE should rethink their age restrictions for this Game. It should be 16+ or even 18+ in all Countrys and not 13+. I would not let my children Play this Game, even it's from 13+ here.
