Multiple people have specifically stated that they meant no healer at all. Please read the full conversation.

I mean effectively whats the difference of the healer being there and only pressing their aoe button until the end of the dungeon and replacing them with a dps?
Is that really enough for you? Do you think thats well designed? That the only reason they're included is technicality due to the system and not because they're actually needed?

You are making way too many assumptions about me for it to be worth talking to you at all. Please stop getting so emotionally invested in this that you're making things up about me to argue about.

People are also capable of teaching themselves, starting with reading their tooltips. Trying things out and making mistakes is also an excellent way to learn. Not everything needs to be learned by having your hand held the whole way.

It would help if the community didn’t actively try to block anyone from learning anything

The mentor crown is useless not because there is bad mentors but because if you offer advice you are more likely to get white knighted by an unrelated player than the person you are offering advice to to actually take it

But in the comment I was replying to, you were talking about tanks who were too afraid to use invulns outside of emergencies. Clearly, just reading the tooltips and teaching themselves via making mistakes was not helping them. If the dev team introduced the concept of using your invulns outside of emergencies by drip feeding it in leveling content, those tanks would be ready for them when they hit max level. °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

I did read it all.
Warrior+3dps is optimal.
It doesn't really matter that there are some groups who don't play their jobs correctly.
The incoming damage in this game is very low, and Warrior+3 dps are more than enough to cover it all.
Idk about you but i hardly press any heals at all in my average roulettes.
And because the group has more damage, you'll also take a lot less of it too.

And what about the tank that runs out of range of said healer when the healer is trying to keep them alive, but the tank decides to keep it going despite being almost out of hp?

Yes, this has happened to me more times than I want to think about. Would be chasing the tank, stop to heal said tank when there was a short chance, only to have tank decide to run almost immediately again. Only so many instants available before all on cd.

It looks like you're WHM, so you have Bene as an emergency button, and regen/shield to precast on the tank. You should be positioning between pulls, so that you can be there for the next pack.

Especially as WHM dungeon healing centers around starting double pulls with Holy spam for free damage and stunned enemies! You should be at the leading edge of the pack and have less time to run than the tank.

We also have lilies to cast on the go between pulls. Which is perfect for charging our big nuke.

you all know that no one can force anyone to do thing they don't want to even if it's simple for you or anyone else. Even if a dungeon take longer you should follow maybe the tank isn't use to the dungeon or tank they play most of the comments in here are toxic and the fact someone said they should leave instead of wasting people time mean they take the penalty because of what people expect? It's a game first for some they are here to relax and have fun if you tell them to w2w or leave it is enough sadly to be seen as toxic and as much as people praise 14 community for that I often think people doesn't see the forum or how people expect efficiency making the game toxic but again some toxic behavior can be seen as normal like forcing a tank that might be learning a job to pulls more keep in mind that you aren't alone playing this coop game and you will encounter people that aren't willing to play nor care to play efficiently so just relax and chill.


I often find some cool location during those small pulls for my gpose and I aren't in a hurry when I play either so people just need to chill.

general logic if you lack such this is not my problem it work for healers also and DPS so before trying to be a smartass make sure to be suchay you have a great day friend
