AoE attacks do more when it hits more. So pulling less does less AoE damage.
Likewise, popping tank mits/invuln will negate more damage the bigger the pull is.

The more enemies the better the healers AOE’s scale as well
I think point for point above 9 enemies SCH does the most damage of any class in the game since it’s 180 potency per enemy with 0 drop off
And SCH is the only healer at 50 where Art of War has the same potency as Ruin 1 so basically, going full melee SCH is advised and just rotate Aetherflow and Lucid Dreaming. How I wish Art of War III will be like that.
