re-repeat would feel redundant, if you say something a 3rd time or more, you're just repeating yourself, not re-repeating yourself. Otherwise a 4th time would be re-re-repeating yourself, and so on. Then again, the re- prefix is weird in general, you could record something, and then re-record it for a second take and that doesn't feel as weird, but re-repeat just feels off to me. Even for recording, I probably feel more comfortable saying to record a second take rather than re-record a take. Re-record and re-repeat reads more like stuttering.

Either way, irregardless is redundant language, the -less suffix already does the job of the ir- prefix.
