    [DEV] BILLING ISSUE!!

    Ok to cut a long story short I have been a player since closed beta. I took a break from ffxiv because of university work and came back on June 11th 2012, I paid for 1 month subscription then noticed the Legacy deal, so I signed up for a 90 day subscription to ensure I could gain access to it. Now as a returning player signing up for a 90 day subscription before June 30th should have got legacy on my next billing date which is today July 11th. This morning I woke up to find my account had been cancelled and that my 90 day sub had not been paid when I know for a fact that my card detail were correct and I had more than enough money to pay for it!! I signed into the account management system and could only pay for a 30 day subscription (which i paid), I never had to update my card detail all I had to do was click reactivate which proves SE had the correct card details on their system.

    Returning Players
    Players who played before January 5, 2012 and wish to resume playing again will need to register for a 90-day subscription before Saturday, June 30, 2012 in order to fulfil the requirements needed to qualify for the Legacy Campaign.
    I FOLLOWED THE RULE YOU GUYS LAID OUT TO ENSURE I WOULD GET ACCESS TO LEGACY AND YOU GUYS MESSED IT UP FOR ME. I DID NOTHING WRONG AT ALL!!

    THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS, IT IS A JOKE!!

    if i dont get legacy then i quit and you will have no more of my money, and lets face it you need every paying customer you can get!!
