    Being able to target and kill a SMN's demi primals. Thoughts?

    So to preface, I am not saying anything along the lines of "This needs to be done!" "Put it in!" or any of that. Merely stems off a thought during a rival wings match. And I'm curious to see other peoples' thoughts. Would it be good, bad, job breaking, or anything inbetween?

    I personally lean towards we should be able to, but it's mostly cause I keep thinking of Demi-Bahamut and Demi-Phoenix as akin to an Engie Turret in TF2. They just chill there for 20 seconds attacking anything within 30 yalms. And it feels odd that we can't just...kill them. And I'm just sorta curious what others think.

    You already can, they have a healthpool of 49500 and are connected to their Summoner.

    Kill the Summoner.

    Edit: Yes I am fully aware that it is just a spitball idea and that they hardly are a menace unless multiple are deployed, but my point is that it is kinda unnecessary. They don't last long enough, are bound to Limit Break andany HP value below the SMN's HP would sound insulting for a Limit Break Summon.

    while it is a fun idea to entertain with, if implemented it would be either a waste of a players time (taking X amount of time & resources to kill) or their LB (unless the summon stays active after death) or would be ignored outright so as whether it would be good or bad would depend on who would have the advantage, also unless im mistaken the demis require LOS so if youre having issues with a smn LB running away is also valid.........if youre a coward, COME AT ME BAHAMUT!!

    This is fair. Implementation would really be the deciding factor. If it was made targetable and given an HP bar with no additions, that'd just be crappy for the SMNs. But if made targetable and given a duration increase or just removal, fully turning them into turrets, that might tip things over to the other end of the spectrum. But like I said, this is mostly just thinking on it and all.

    It was overall just an overabundance of them in a rival wings match that made me think on it. That and, as my team put it, a very targeted "Fuck you WAR." from a few SMNs...one moment I'm fine, the next I'm dead and buried under a trio of glowing blue lizards.

    If they made Bahamut killable they would likely front load more of the damage into megaflare to compensate (wouldn’t be fair for SMN to have an 18k LB because their Bahamut got zerged to death in 2 seconds after summoning). Which would likely make SMN even more dangerous as instead of having their damage dished out over 20 seconds it would mostly be in one big burst at the beginning.

    Actually it would lead to much more Phoenixes being summoned because it actually cuts a significant amount of damage for the closest targets, making it essentially a really good defensive pole.
