    New BLM guide?

    Hello,

    I wanna start BLM to go with my WHM
    - how would you recommend investing points?
    - what cross abilities (pug and archer) are useful?
    - any good practice/tips you have?

    Full int, and then piety is what I go for, you may want some bit to increase hp since we're weak noodles

    Second wind to heal, quelling strike, chameleon, Featherfoot

    And blow stuffs up :P. lightning main single damage dealer, fire is aoe, blizzard is for debuffs

    need a Lv 42 Archer technique? must be a joke lol I was sooooo not interested by Archer (maybe just for Bard skills) and now need to level up 42 to be a nice BLM? not nice SE!

    What about gear? Its been a few patches since I have seen any serous discussion on BLM/THM gear. I am currently working on trying to maximize damage for garuda so anything someone could recommend outside of a garuda weapon would be very helpful to me.

    Unless you really need mostly AoE damage, the strategy is still to stack INT then just enough m.acc to not miss, perhaps getting the m.acc via food if you really want to maximize INT. You get most of your damage through Thundara combos.

    Something like two zircon rings, felt hat of INT with double III or IV INT meld, lightning brand with double INT meld would be a good core.
