Unable to locate character config data

I logged in just fine the other day but when I went to log off to hop to a different data center to help my sister out, this message popped up. For some reason, this is only happening to my main Kyra Sylbgeim as I can log into my other alts just fine.
UPDATE
Went to log into alts to get the Valentine emote and while the UI was saved, everything else was reset?

Sounds like the character configuration data for that character may be corrupted. If I remember correctly it's stored in "Documents > My Games > FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn" and will look something like "FFXIV_CHRxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" - one for each character you have. Trying to find which one relates to your character is a bit tricky but usually the last modified date on the folder can give you an idea of which character it is by logging on with the character, doing something like change UI, macros, key bind (anything that will write to that folder) then logging off. Then look for most recent modified date and that folder should be the character you just logged in with.
If you can work out which folder belongs to your main character, you may be able to replicate it (or at least see if it will open).
