This is a CC thread, there is no "premade." Yes, you can "sync" queues to play with your friends but if you're at the same skill level, you'll probably be on opposite teams. And clearly the fact that you think it's currently fair, is because you're clueless to what your teammates are doing to carry you thru the game. In a game mode where every teammate matters, a poor player is a HUGE anchor. A person that doesn't know how to guard/recuperate/etc. to stay alive = is that much more burst damage/crowd control hitting your teammates.

Unranked match are there to learn. Everyone that enter in CC was once new at pvp in the game. You have a learning curve, and that curve is huge if you are matched against good player that stomps you. But also, you will learn to position, guard, etc. I won't ever complain to lose in any unranked match.

If you want good games without the people that are, as you said, HUGE anchor, then go play in ranked games. Of course, at the begining, you will have to play with some new players in ranked CC as well. You can only hope that those players know how to play, but it will happens that no. But as long as you manage to keep a win rate higher that 50%, you will eventually rank up, especially if you are good. Making kills vs a bronze players is not that hard. And usually, you won't see anything higher than gold 2 to fill the team with the low ranks.

After that, when you reach gold+, you'll play with plat/diamond, and you won't encounter the kind of person that you are talking about that know nothing about the game.

In games like that, there is no elo hell. Either you are good enough to carry yourself out and will rank up, or, if you keep losing and stay in bronze then it's time to consider that you might be an anchor and need to improve. Everyone always need to improve anyway.
