    EX Trials "warning"

As anyone who's used Mentor Roulette can attest, the biggest problem with EX trials is people who:
    1. Have no idea what they're doing.
    2. Are severely undergeared, at least in terms of accessories, meaning they'll just die if they're in the wrong spot.
    3. Don't talk in party chat or say chat, and don't listen to any advice given in party chat or say chat, meaning they will KEEP dying by being in the wrong spot because they're unable to take advice.
    4. Never say yes to Vote Dismiss or Vote Abandon, prolonging the miserable experience for everyone involved.

The best way to fix this would be to add a warning similar to the one given for BA to the first High-End Duty that a given character queues for, if not to all High-End duties.
    For example:

"The Howling Eye (Extreme) is an extremely punishing duty. Emerging triumphant will require teamwork, knowledge, and especially willingness to listen to advice. Failure to have these will make it impossible to clear."

Heh, that is probably the worst example, the only trial easier than Ultima Weapon.

In general ex trails can be cleared in roulettes, but because you get people in your party that cant or refuse to communicate it is often a waste of time

    Examples:
Console Players (can't communicate well in chat/no keyboard)
People who can't speak English (big problem in EU)

when i did mentor roulettes i wrote myself makros for most bosses, because i did nto want to explain it every time over and over, but still people didn't understand it a lot of times.

ARR trials and most haevensward trials are easy enough...but!
EX Trials i never cleared in mentor roulette: Nidhogg , most Stormblood Trials because of how rare they are, Tsukuyomi is outright impossible to explain to randoms.

The bigger issue with trials is that ARR trials have some of the more obscure and absolutely terribly communicated mechanics that you have to know and play around, and if you don't know it's a giant guessing game on what the heck you're supposed to do.

Honestly the best solution is going to be abandoning the duty and taking a 30m timer - it's faster than slogging through waiting for the lockout and since SE isn't going to do anything to properly warn new characters what they're getting into then they'll just have to deal w/ mentors abandoning duties till they implement a fix. I know several mentors who just take the timer and try again later because it's simply not worth the trouble.

In my experience before anyone pulls the boss in a extreme trial I tell them to wait so I can explain a few mechanics. If someone pulls and they die I just tell them maybe you should of listened. Those that don't listen usually just end up leaving and we clear with the next replacement.

A pop up warning/informing players would be cool, especially because the game doesn't communicate very well in all languages what exactly Ex trials are. Please add a "completeing these trials is not required for MSQ" somewhere. (Some people seem to assume this because the hard versions of some ARR trials is required, too.)
In Japanese, English and French they all have their own version of "Extreme" in the name, but the German one is (in German) "Zenith of the Gods". We have so many sprouts in EU Novice Network being super confused about them and not understanding the nature of these trials because the name could be anything. And you have people not knowing about the German translation wondering why the sprouts are confused an Extreme trial would be extreme when "extreme" should be in the name...

Language barriers aside, we also have "hard" labeled trials and the difficulty spike between the normal versions and them is not even remotely similar to the hard version and extremes. And the "hard" dungeons have different dungeon enemies and stories and just happen to take place in an existing level, they are not more difficult than any other patch dungeon at the respective level. It is not super farfetched to assume extreme trials would be more difficult but not part of hardcore "endgame" content.

Tl;dr: For many sprouts it's not obvious what exactly they sign up for when they queue for an Ex trial for various reasons. The game informing them about it beforehand seems like a good idea to me.
