Never found there to be so many shouts at once for venues that it makes everything else impossible to see. I also have a tab that is purely for party and guild chat so I don't have to see it if I don't want too. And if a single person is spamming to much you can block and report them. People just want to share the cool places they made, nothing wrong with that. I really enjoying going to the places and see how they decorated the houses.
