As is an example is venues on Aether collectively agreeing to no more the 3 pf's. Then some owners decided to disregard that. Somehow thinking more ads means more people.

When the opposite is true. People avoid those places. There's a fix for pf in the coding that would limit but as for the shout spam.

Not really much can be done unless the owners figure out that 3 paragraphs is going to get their shouter ignored big time. I've seen like one or two venue ads that were 2 sentences.
