A new chat will just have the same issue in the future when someone sees too many of a certain kind of ad in it. Then we would have the "we need a new chat for x kind of venues".
The difference between the solutions we have stated is that mine includes things that already exist as features in the game, draws from pf, chat, and fellowships , they just need a little adjustment to suit the needs of the players. Your suggestion requires something brand new to be implemented, which would be more cost to se. Either way tho something's gotta change cuz at this point it's not even a video game , it's more like second life or the sims
