RP shout ads are obstructive to chat and gameplay

It's really not an actual problem at all. The real problem is people that think no one else should be allowed to enjoy something they don't like. On this forum alone are tons of examples of said behavior displaying copious amounts of flawed logic and attempts to weaponize children and disabilities in hopes of getting what they want.

I know. This is a perfect example of people trying to push a certain narrative.
One the one hand, I can understand that these shout advertisements can be annoying, and apparently paid shouters and nightclub owners even engage in harassment to to push other venues out. And I personally don't like these kind of venues either. Just... people trying to extort Gil out of you, and people just thinking they get a free pass on being creeps, and breaking every single roleplay guideline under the sun.
On the other hand, these kinds of people don't seem to care about anything other than pushing their own narrative, and try to shift blame to others for their own failings. If a venue is 18+, and clearly advertised as such, there will be 18+ content and themes. These people are no better than the former.
There are several host clubs on Omega, they are 18+, but that's because of the very nature of that club. ERP is not allowed there, and the hosts themselves will not engage in such.

Believe me, I'm not having any of that purity wank.
