    Rank Cut Off?

    I heard that you cannot get promoted past Second Lieutenant any more is this true?

    If you can how do you get to the next rank up?

    Captain should be the highest rank achievable currently.
    To reach First Lieutenant you must level up your squadron and have them do Flagged Mission: Crystal Recovery when it becomes available.
    For Captain you will need to do five different Command Missions together with your squadron
