In-game marriage, will it make a return?

I really hope the system makes a return, I've always regretted not having the chance to marry my husband in FFXI. We share the same last name in FFXIV but it would be nice to have a proper ceremony and some sort of benefit along with it.

I have the same situation where we share the last name alreaady, but I would like a ceremony as well. ^^
