Data Center Travel is ruining server Party Finder

Unfortunately, everyone else sees it the opposite way. It's totally normal and exceptible to not play on your home server. Back when it was limited to our DC, I thought it was a dumb idea then. Now it's infinitely worse. And it effects everything from how you interact with basic functionality down to player behavior. Why would I invest in Dynamis when I have to go to Aether to get anything done? I know I'm beating a dead horse, but I shouldn't have to DC travel. Fix your game!

Sad part is that dynamis actually has a pretty healthy population, you see it now the moogle event going on in Gates. There are probably more people that I've never seen before on Dynamis now than ever. I'm not saying it's just populated the big DC but it's not near as bad as I initially thought it's just nobody stays on the server

well i just visited aether and indeed its like how primal was back in shadowbringers. So much ex trials and raids. Square it is on you to fix this. I really don't know what your going to do but it needs to be fixed before dawntrail. If i want to farm mounts, do savage raids, etc, I'll have to go to aether.

IIRC, they said homeworld gets preference for login if there are excessive queues, so this problem might self-correct a bit upon DT release if people have to stick to their homeworlds in order to have a chance of getting logged in. Statics whose members come from multiple DCs looking to do those clears will definitely get screwed over by this though (I imagine it would force some of them into PF for fills and it might be interesting to see the effect of that).

For sure, we absolutely have the population for it. People are just selfish.
