isnt that literally mean i gotta reinstall anyway. no i'm not gonna deal with that 10-years-no-fix problem of unable to download patches, everytime someone want me to do especially i just reinstall the whole windows and freshly install ffxiv right after it but it's still broken
also i just tried install game called Paladins and everything work fine in there.

    Greetings DefinitelynotRubylumi,

We would like to apologize for the error you've been experiencing. Using the information, you've provided; we would like to suggest that you try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated and to try and use the repair function to ensure nothing is corrupted (Please ensure that optional items are also installed)
    - Seeing as you had done a re-install and also encountered the "Unable to download patch files [30413][25008][10009]" this error usually occurs when there is interference with the game data and the download. We would advise to ensure the game is whitelisted properly on your firewall/anti-virus. This error may also cause issues with patch files therefore we would highly recommend deleting the patch folder for Final Fantasy XIV which is generally located in the FFXIV folder located in My Documents > My Games. This is done to ensure that any previous cached attempts of re-installing or downloading are cleared as well.
    - Ensure that the GPU drivers are fully updated (Based on the information provided it does appear that it is updated) at this time we'd suggest doing a clean re-install if necessary.
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Then be sure to disable everything.
    - Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, Xbox, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
    - We would also highly suggest re-installing the game on Drive C: as there are certain cases where installing the game on a different drive has caused issues.

If you do not see an improvement, please feel free to respond to this thread for further troubleshooting.
