So I bought a new laptop and installed ffxiv and now my account is locked. Exact same thing happened a few months ago when I bought another laptop, and 8 months ago when I bought another laptop.

This is absolutely inexcusable. I have dealt with this for the 3rd time. It's been hours and I've not received an email on how to reactivate my account. I went to the link and reset my password, but nothing has changed, I still cannot get in.

And I can not and will not use a security token. I have 5 accounts, myself, gf, 2 kids, and other friend. There's absolutely no reason why I should be forced to use a token. All accounts are accessed from in my home with the same external ip. I'm really pissed off about this crap.
