1. Over the past couple weeks I did a ton of quests to go from lvl59 to lvl60. Earlier in the morning (around 7-8:30am PT on 1/27) I reached lvl60 and I had to log off but first teleported to New Gridania so I can do the Gunbreaker quest at my next login. But when I logged in next time, a few hours later and closer to 3 pm, it showed I was barely lvl59 which was my progress when I first came back to the game a couple weeks ago. Now that I'm back to lvl59 I can't get the quest for Gunbreaker. How did I lose two weeks of progress? My active quests are showing ones I picked up earlier this morning in Ok'Zundu, so those were retained, but I somehow lost all that EXP.
This is all very frustrating, please help.

The lodestone seems to show that your Warrior is level 59 as well. It shows it has only 138,154 out of a maximum 1,211,000 experience toward the next level.

Normally the only rollback that I've heard of is when it's requested in order to restore lost or stolen items, which can take weeks. If the server just failed to save your progress, that is something I've never heard of before, but interesting. If the server is failing to save progress, it seems like something that should be investigated.

While not related to the issue you are having, what are you doing that it took you a couple of weeks to go up one level? That should be a couple of hours at most, not weeks.

I only have 30min-hour at a time to play and I've been exploring and doing quests for xp, getting a lay of the land all over again since it's been quite a few years. Finding time to play is hard to come by so even a couple hours is a big hit. I was just wondering if anyone else has dealt with something like this. Haven't seen anything here or on Reddit so I'm guessing I'm the lucky recipient of a rare bug.
