    Yes, it is exclusive to the Immortal Flame Grand Company and can be purchased with Allied Seals from the vendor next to the hunt board at the GC HQ. It is also exclusive to casting/healing jobs.

    Costs quite a few Allied Seals for the full set, but doing BLU weeklies gives you loads if you want them fast.

    It's the Flame Elite set, purchased from the Hunt Billmaster with Allied Seals (which you can obtain from ARR hunts or blue mage content).

    Like if I even switched temporarily would I be able to use the glam if I went back to maelstrom?

    Changing back to Maelstrom will disable your Flames glamours.
