Please finally let us dye both halves of the checkerboard pattern the same colour (same with the dress)

I hope that with the double dye system the gear that is currently dyeing light grey when you use Soot Black or Jet Black will finally dye black.
The biggest offender being the Ishgardian Gown:
I know it's not exactly the same model but if NPCs can have it, why can't we :^(
From the top of my head Summer's Flame Top and Sky Pirate's Bottoms of Casting have the same problem, but I think there are others.
all those ugly gold ish bronze color the crafted recolor sets have
One set I want dyable is the Nomad sets from Bardam's Mettle.
Actually, being able to dye the belts on the Adept's Thighboots independently would make an already pretty good piece of gear even better, I think

I also wanna be able to dye away all the filth and mud textures they've started adding onto gear. I hate it! I just got the new PVP set and it's unusable because it's got a permanent layer of cocoa powder all over it that ruins every single colour I put on them >:CCCCC
This so much, and I am really worried that their approach to "updating gear graphics" means applying that look to everything. It's been creeping into everything over the last expansion or so, and the fancied-up versions of old gear in the trophy crystals shop have this approach and they look bad compared to the old ones.I also wanna be able to dye away all the filth and mud textures they've started adding onto gear. The level of detail on the older gear matches the detail on our characters, and all it needs is some similar upscaling of patterns and details. Not the addition of grime and splotches. So many things lately are basically undyeable because the dye gets applied so poorly.
I want to dye (the onion), preferably the red and brass parts.

Yeah... Currently wearing the PvP recolor of the ShB DNC gear (it gave me the pink feathers and gold trim I desperately yearned for) and the only dyes it takes well are the dark ones because of that horrible grimy overlay. This so much, and I am really worried that their approach to "updating gear graphics" means applying that look to everything.
