Thread: Next 2.0 information coming Mid August.

Hold on to your pants, andriasang is reporting that new information will "start" appearing mid August and then will be released ~weekly thereafter.

So the "flood" starts at Gamescom. Figured as much.

"The Flood" huh, god I hope there really will be enough new stuff to justify the use of that word. Still I'm surprised XIV 2.0 will get less pr time than XIII-2 did. Maybe that game was an exception but wasn't XIII also promoted with videos and bus events for a long time?

If this game is really coming out early next year I wonder if they've already decided it to have a last moment marketing push.

I'm hoping for some 2.0 stuff in the producer letters before mid august..

Somehow I doubt it, since if it's Mid August where anything will be released at all besides trailer, that somewhat contradicts the statement of updates on the site "all summer" when Mid August - Sept 22 is barely a full month and not at all 'all summer' xD

Oh well. Hopefully they have more to throw up there besides concept art every week.

Well, we all know "soon" in SEese is a month, so why not take "all summer" as "the last third of summer." lol

Especially when they make the "all summer" statement half way through the season.

Let's hope thats only for people not following the game like a hawk. I'd love to see something soon, complete or not be damned!
