Double the wards we already have. Make a couple more districts. I know a lot of people that would love a house on the first in the Crystarium, and people who want to live in Sharlayan. If you're going to have FC only wards, then make sure you add three to four times as many personal ones. People complain about FC wards, but I think they exist to allow the game to grow more culturally. It's not a completely bad move, it just became useless when anyone could make an alt and bid on the housing there.

Make restorations for Ala Mhigo and Garlmald. Give us Ala Mhigan, and long awaited Garlean Magitek housing.

Make it a priority to double down on your system that you already made, or just create instanced housing. I understand if you're not, but if you're not MAKE THE SYSTEM YOU HAVE WORK. That means making it harder for people to own multiple houses too!
