    Latency IG

    Hi! I'm posting here to see if I'm the only one having technical problems at the moment. I have little computer knowledge, thanks in advance for the patience. I'm having major IG latency issues, which translate as follows:

    - Random mute of sound, especially sound effects. All cables seem ok, Hdmi is fine. And anyway, YouTube works perfectly during this time, so it shouldn't be related to a hardware problem?
    - Important (?) lags. The character keeps moving, his spells and attacks seem to launch... But the animations don't. She "slides" on the ground.
    - Delays in boss animations (particularly on the last raids). Yesterday, the last boss in the Nier raids took about 20 seconds to appear. The others could attack it normally, but I couldn't see the boss or his attacks.

    This has been happening since the last patch, mainly in instances but sometimes also in openworld (which is more surprising). My connection seems ok, my hardware should be too unless the last patch added prerequisites (but I don't think so). Any suggestions?

    We're really sorry to hear that it you've been experiencing what appear to possibly be connectivity related errors.

    We would like to ask for the following information to get a better idea of the issue:

    - Error messages (If any):
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless):
    - Has this been a long on-going issue or has this only been occurring very recently:
    - Frequency at which error occurs (If this occurs during specific hours, please provide the date(s), time and timezone):
    - Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV:
    - What data center and server/world were you trying to connect to:
    - What is the ISP and what region/country are you connecting from:

    We would also like to ask what you have tried so far to alleviate the issue:
