    Greetings gimmeoliver,

    We're sorry to hear that you're still experiencing a connection issue despite all the troubleshooting you've tried. The team would like to suggest these other steps to try:

    - Within Microsoft Edge, click the "Settings" option on the top right of the browser (under the three dots shown) and go to "Privacy, Search and Services" and go to the "Tracking Prevention" section. Make sure it is turned on and select the "Balanced" option. Additionally, if any settings have been changed overall, it is best to keep things at default which you can perform manually by using the "Reset Settings" option under the "Settings" tab. Lastly, please ensure that Microsoft Edge is up to date by using the "Settings" > "About Microsoft Edge" option near the bottom left.

    If the suggestions provided above does not resolve the issue, there may be a communication/routing error. At that point we may suggest other steps. Should it still not resolve the issue please do not hesitate to contact us back and we'll gladly look into it further.

    From Singapore and using StarHub here, it wasn't as bad last time but since a few weeks ago, the latency got extremely worst and its getting almost unplayable for me as I'm getting above 300ms here.

    Been on vanilla, the lowest speed too even snd it's work fine for 3 years, has no problem, until 20th of April 2024 i think, almost ran out of my sub unfortunately but cannot play, but the only saving for now is to travel to Oceania since its doable until 7.0

    I have contact my isp but its been 3 days and they haven't reach back to me too

    When i sub around april 17 in the hopes of doing the ff16 event, the game works beautifully but near 18-20 april until now, i cant barely do my combo or even stay in game without getting disconnect

    on singtel here. a friend on myrepublic sent me this thread after sharing that her ping was around 400 and my jaw dropped to the bottom floor of potd.

    singtel seems to still be fine. getting 200 on my NA character, 250 on my EU character, and 100 as per usual to JP.

    vanilla plan here cuz im broke and living with family.

    seems i spoke too soon.

    ping jumped to 300 on EU today, with "request timed out" every couple seconds. impossible to run content. not sure whats up
