My name is not against ToS/Rules - Yet being forced to change it

It sounds like you understand why your name falls into an unacceptable area, and your main question is about why you've been taken to task for it now as opposed to earlier, and why there are others who have yet to be taken to task for it.

I'd say it's totally the opposite. I don't understand why my name falls into an unacceptable area, or why I need to change it when it's not offensive. I already explained the context and the reasons why it shouldn't be listed as offensive.

Totally get your point that it's easier to just throw a "red card" to everything, but it's also a part of their job to review each case and if it's been reported but it's not something that it's against the ToS, Rules & policies, to act according to each situation. And even if they make a decision, I don't see why would it be wrong to change it or revert it after talking with them, giving the appropiate context, etc.

Just trying to enjoy and have fun, I don't ask for much really. I'm not breaking any rules, behaving incorrectly, showing any kind of disrespect, etc... so I'm just hoping for a good soul to look at this and think "hey, it's not that bad, no worries you're good". :/
