How would you possibly make them visually distinctive? A half-elezen would just look like a regular elezen at minimum height and ear size. What's the point?

I assume that the vast majority of half-breeds outside of Lalafell combinations between our current race selection models could be done with only minor changes to the base models.

Being opened in memes, fanart, or mods is very different from SE officially doing it. They have somewhat opened it with Hilda, but it would be a much larger step to release a mixed playable race.
