    When it comes to Linkshells

    I tried searching for this thread, but didn't come across it. Have they mentioned anything about making linkshells larger after 2.0? I apologize if this has been brought up already.

    I ask because our linkshell currently has almost 300 members divided between 3 shells and it's a little frustrating. (Though mostly just 2 since we moved the active members from the 1st shell to the second one)

    It causes quite a bit of disorganization.

    Also, I'd like to know if nothing else, if we'll be able to kick inactive members out. It might help with the linkshell size.

    We've been asking for a fix to this since October '10. I've accepted that they just don't want to admit that that they're literally impotent to do it until 2.0. For some reason, it's not possible - at all.

    It's been the single most frustrating thing in this game since launch, and it's still a problem. Drives me nuts.

    The ability to exile inactives alone would solve so much of this.

    to this:
    unsigned char linkshellMemberCount;

    You're assuming it work like a proper database. If they could't do it until now
    1) database is spaghetti coded
    2)game engine is crap (old news)

    Thats what I was hoping you guys might help me with. I have a hard time with all of the new info they have. But I have yet to come across anything concerning linkshell size yet and member kicking.

    to this:
    unsigned char linkshellMemberCount;
    version 1.0 is using double word int for everything lol
