Want to transfer to preferred world

I'd like to transfer from Omega to Phoenix since Phoenix is a preferred world. I'd like to know, if I transfer my character, I be able to get the world bonus EXP, and I'm able to get the +15 day play time if I reach level 30 with any jobs (what I'm at level 1 or so) if I already have a 80 job?

Also, https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/worldstatus/ Phoenix isn't listed as Preferred right now.

Best to double check with SE Support though, just in case.

If you move your Character from Omega to Phoenix, you will obtain no bonuses at all.

Omega is a Standard World and so is Phoenix.
If you meant Phantom, then you would obtain the Road to 80 buff for 90 days, after the 90 days, you will lose the buff.
You would not get the gift of 15 days of additional playtime however the transfer would be free of charge.

The only way to get the 15 days of additional playtime is to create a new Character on Phantom for example (or any other New or Preferred world), as it is a Preferred World and get it to level 30.

The current preferred worlds in the EU are Louisoix, Phantom and Sagittarius. The last two are relatively new worlds compared to the others, so please be aware of this ie. there may be less established Free Companies and social circles. You can confirm this status at https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/worldstatus/

• There are bonuses for creating new characters on New Worlds, but this is not relevant to you since you are not creating a new character.
• There are bonuses for transferring to New Worlds:
  • Gift of 10 gold chocobo feathers, exchangeable for special rewards such as rare mounts
  • Double EXP bonus (until level 80 is reached)
    Note: I'm not sure whether Phantom and Sagittarius still have the "New World" status or not, because although they are relatively new, they have been there for a while now.
• There are bonuses for creating a new character on Preferred worlds, but this is not relevant to you because you are not creating a new character.
• There are bonuses for transferring from a Congested world to a Preferred world, but this is not relevant to you because Omega is not Congested.
