same here, if they really want it all instances why did they even bother with a big world map overhaul. they could of just made it a lobby like PSO then you choose what level to go to then play in your instance.
well we will find out in a few months if it looks like all your gonna be doing is waiting in town in queue im gonna have to move on cuz equip grinding is the same as XP grinding - boring.

i'm not saying i don't want any instances. i'm just saying i want there to be a variety of stuff. some instanced, some open world, and some like leves where it's open instance. i just want a variety of things to do. i don't like all instanced since that ruins the full reason for redoing the maps and making a massive world to explore if you have no need for it.

yeah i understood, but 100% instanced no thanks. FFXI did it right with a mix. im hoping for that.

The lack of open world stuff in 2.0 is probably going to make me quit and go to Guild Wars 2.

Speculation my butt, yoshi p even said all dungeons are going to be instanced in 2.0. lets not forget Hamlets, or crystal tower~ those are going to be instanced. Oh wait, hamlet is already out and instanced.

Seriously if I wanted to play a game with 8+- people, I have plenty of other options(which I do play).

Edit: lets not foget that he said he wanted to try and make it where you can use content finder for the open world areas, make those instanced as well.
