If that was the MCH ability list, I'd be fine with that. Fits with the jobs very well.

Something to keep in mind is that most jobs usually lose an ability or two every expansion to make room for more abilities. I'd be curious to see what, if anything, MCH would be losing.

One thing I would like to see is something that forces players to collaborate/cooperate much more closely. Imagine if MCH could grant something like Reassemble to another job. But instead of a "critical hit rate up for 15 seconds" like Chain Strategem, a one party member 100% crit on the next hit. Sure, server ticks make things interesting, but I think it would be nice to see some real cooperation as opposed to everyone sort of doing their dance around the boss's mechanics while they mostly individually mash buttons to maximize damage.
