We would like to apologize for the error you've been experiencing. Using the information, you've provided; we would like to suggest that you try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated and to try and use the repair function as we do see a KERNELL error line included in the message. (Please ensure that optional items are also installed)
- Ensure that the GPU drivers are fully updated or to do a clean re-install. (Based on the information provided it would appear that the GPU drivers were last updated on 8/13/2023)
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Then be sure to disable everything.
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
