Frontlines sucks Ultra megathread

Lots of solutions have been presented, including matchmaking and queue separation. Rather than a goth girl's diary, those of us who feel the mode could be improved by such measures are using this thread in a probably futile attempt to catch the devs eye. That's kinda what the forum is for. To lobby for changes to make our experience better.

It's just a bunch of people complaining about bullies lmao..that's all this is. Anytime you want to you can get a posse together and go after em in that game mode. A lot of the PVP communities I've been a part of in the past policed themselves in similar ways. If I have a problem with a person in CC, it's solved in CC. It doesn't find it's way to the forums. Meanwhile you and a few other people are just going after people making pre-mades like some gossiping sewing circle. I got second hand embarrassment from reading it at times. I genuinely don't think that's what the forums are for.

I just noticed your sig and I think that's a dose of irony right there lol if you fancy yourself a rebellious sort, why not resist the oppressive overlords that are exerting a monopoly over the FL playground or whatever? I would be playing the mode and punishing them every chance I got if it bothered me half as much as it seems to bother you. I think that's what a resistance would do.

I'm the diplomatic officer of the resistance. Isadora handles battlefield decisions. Kitty makes the sandwiches, and so on.

Again, I suggest you're missing key points. Premades create boring matches and apathy. I like interesting ones. I'm not going to lower myself to their level and play a premade to counter them. I dislike the playstyle.

Clearly a size 10 foot with a size 9 shoe, nothing's gonna make you happy. I would advise the devs to ignore people like that. But they probably already know.

I'm blocking you now. I've explained why I do not play in a premade and you've chosen to ignore those reasons and resort to being offensive. I imagine like myself, other forum users will reach certain conclusions about you from your forum handle.

That's cool, I wasn't trying to be "offensive" but it's whatever lol Those are my genuine thoughts on this issue. I'd go after em. I said as much, I don't see what's offensive about that.

Geez, now you got me self-conscious about whether or not *I* have a negative reputation because I've admittedly been pretty pessimistic in the chat recently once I realize my team is up against premades, or that we're otherwise sitting at 0 points 5 minutes into the match while the other teams are at 400+. Like, I have not hesitated to tell someone continuing to make shoutouts even as we fall further into 3rd place that they can "relax and don't worry about it anymore" because there's no way we're making a comeback, or the amount of times I've just upped and gone "welp" when we all just wander around the map waiting out the clock, lol.

I don't think that's really a reason to give up.

I had a match once where my team was at 0 points 4 minutes in and someone decided to give commands in chat. Everyone followed them and we slowly reached 1st place after pinching the other 2 here and there. The other 2 came to bully us near the end because we were close to winning, but we amassed enough battle high at that point to win off killing both enemy teams. Any game can be a comeback if the team wants to win (except new shatter, that map is extremely awfully made).

While I understand dealing with a premade can be annoying, I don't think people giving up easily is a symptom of premades. I do think though, that there are some people who use premades as an excuse to be lazy and not play, usually those who just want exp and don't even want to be there.
